CAO's Purpose, Values and Goals:

Purpose

CAO's Core Purpose is to the serve the interests of CAO Members by promoting ethical and successful orthodontic practice of the highest quality.

Values

CAO's Values are to:

1) CAO members provide accessible, high quality, orthodontic care;

2) Members have successful practices;

3) CAO maintains effective communications with members.

Goals

Four goals frame CAO's policies and activities:

1) Advocacy: CAO will be the primary voice for its members by advocating changes in laws, regulations and business practices that positively affect their practices

2) Education: CAO Members and their staff will receive high quality, state-of-the-art educational programs that contribute to members' ability to have successful practices

3) Membership: CAO members will receive excellent service and value from the organization

4) Organization: CAO will be a well managed and governed organization that is financially secure and on the cutting edge of technology.
