Pricing

Bite Down Early Kits are $100 for each 100, plus sales tax where applicable and shipping charges, which start at $10 per 100.

Minimum order is 50 booklets. There is no maximum.

Please order in increments of 50... 100, 150, 200, ...1000.

5% Discount on all orders greater or equal to 500 and a 10% Discount on orders greater or equal to 1000.

Processing and Shipping

Confirmations of Orders

Confirmations are given on online orders.  If you wish to confirm a fax receipt, please set your fax machine to confirm transmission or email l.delacruz@mra-sf.com.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed every Thursday morning. Delivery takes about three weeks, no more than four.

Rush Orders

For an additional fee, you can request a RUSH order, which will shorten delivery time to less than a week.  There is an additional cost to RUSH orders.  Just indicate that you want a RUSH somewhere in your order.
