How long does it take to get booklets?

Orders are shipped upon receipt.

You can put a RUSH on your order, and the booklets should arrive in less than a week.

What is the cost of booklets?

You and Your Orthodontist is $1.25/book for CAO members and $1.40/book for non members (out of state).

Bite Down Early Kits are a flat rate of $1.10/book. Minimum orders are 50.

Can I get a sample of Bite Down Early or You and Your Orthodontist?

The complete Bite Down Early brochure is available on the CAO Web site.

Why can't I purchase brochures online using a credit card, as I can on e-commerce websites?

At this point, the volume of orders for CAO brochures does not justify the cost of establishing a secure online ordering system with validation and billing of credit cards.

We will develop en e-commerce system in the future if there are enough orders to justify the cost.

Is it safe to submit credit card information through e-mail?

Anytime you use a credit card, there are risks involved.

There are relatively greater risks with e-mail, since it is not secure and copies of your e-mails usually remain on your computer unless you delete them.

Which means of ordering is most safe and secure?

Asking CAO to invoice you is the safest.

After that, it is safest to use phone/voice mail and then fax or mail, since only CAO staff can access what you send, unless you save a copy.

E-mail is the least safe of the methods offered for sending credit card information.
