Ordering Options

To order the California Association of Orthodontists (CAO) brochures for orthodontic practice, you may use any of the following:

• Order Online
• Order by Email at krichardson@aaortho.org
• Order by Fax or Mail
• Order by Telephone/ Voice Mail at (888) 242-3934

Pricing

You and Your Orthodontist booklets are $1.25 per booklet for members and $1.40 per booklet for non members (includes shipping).

The applicable sales tax is added.

(Minimum order is 50 booklets. There is no maximum.)

Please order in increments of 50... 100, 150, 200, ...1000.

Processing and Shipping

Confirmations of Orders

Confirmations are automatically sent in response to online and e-mail orders and by request in response to fax orders.

If you need a confirmation, please order online or by email or fax.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed upon receipt and delivery can be expected in about 1 week.

Rush Orders

For an additional fee, you can request a RUSH order, which will shorten delivery time to less than a week.

Just indicate that you want a RUSH somewhere in your order.

Overnight Delivery

If you need overnight delivery, please call (888) 242-3934 and ask for the Order Department.

Place Your Order

Order Online

To order CAO products online, complete the Online Ordering Form and then click on "Submit."

Once this form is completed and sent, an automated e-mail will confirm that it was submitted correctly. Within 48 hours or 2 business days, you will receive an e-mail confirmation for the order, sent by CAO headquarters.

Because this method of ordering is not secure, we will not take credit cards when you use the Web form. An invoice will be sent a few days after estimated time of delivery.

Regular delivery takes 5 business days. Rush delivery can be requested and takes 1 to 4 business days depending on availability and location.

Order by E-mail

Send an e-mail to krichardson@aaortho.org with the subject "Booklet Order."

Include the following information in your e-mail:

• Name of Doctor or Company
  
• Ship to Address
  
• Billing Address (if different)
  
• County
  
• Name and phone number for a contact person
  
• Which booklets you would like
  
• Quantity of each booklet you would like (see pricing)
  
• Either: 
• • Credit card information: Number, name as it appears on the card and expiration date
    or
    Write "Please invoice me"

You will receive an e-mail confirmation.

If you ask for an invoice, you will receive that when your package arrives.

Please note that sending credit card information by e-mail is not absolutely secure. If you are concerned about this, it is better to request an invoice or order by phone, fax or mail, which is more secure.

Order by Telephone/Voice Mail

Call (888) 242-3934 and leave a message on our automated voice-mail service.

It is important that you provide all of the following information, or else your order will be delayed:

• Name of doctor or company
  
• Ship to address
  
• Billing address (if different)
  
• County
  
• Name and phone number for a contact person
  
• Which booklet (or booklets) you would like
  
• Quantity of each booklet (see pricing)
  
• Either:
  • Credit card information: Number, name as it appears on the card and expiration date
    or
  • Say: "Please invoice me"

If you ask for an invoice, you will receive it when your package arrives.
